Only went there for a meal and felt that a grand hotel was slipping backwards in appearance and service. Meal was average at best.

I just had the most delicious pub meal I've ever had. Red emperor + vege. Try it! Now sitting by an open fire enjoying a delicious cunnamulla fella (beer) :p

Delicious meal, great atmosphere There were not too many dining options in Cunnamulla on a Wednesday night, but I’m glad we chose this one. The atmosphere was relaxed & chatty; the publican was a terrific conversationalist; his wife was an attentive hostess; and the food was to die for!!! Asian pork belly on a bed of apple slaw = tastebud explosion!The publican and his wife have owned the Hotel for 18 months, and are slowly restoring it to its former glory. Travellers have two accommodation options: free parking for your caravans out the back, or book into rooms upstairs. But, whatever you do in Cunnamulla during the day, come back to the hotel for dinner - you’ll be glad you did.

The owners are slowly refurbishing the hotel. Rooms are pretty decent. Showers are good and beds comfortable. It's a little eclectic right now. Staff are friendly and helpful.Note the hotel only opens at 4.30pm, so check-in happens after this.

After a long days sight – seeing you will find a very warm welcome, icy cold drinks and refreshments in our bar, and when you are hungry, we have a great restaurant and cafe menu for you too!
